After a day of rest and relaxation on Grace Bay Beach, recharge with a workout led by our experienced fitness instructors. Admire the scenic views from the sea, pool deck or estate lawn as you ease your mind, soothe your soul and energize your body.
Our new Stand-Up Paddleboard (SUP) Fitness offering adds a tropical, and challenging, twist to traditional yoga. Led by Kim Mortimer and Marilyn Markus, this class provides a fun and invigorating session. Because you have to increase your core engagement on an unstable platform, SUP Fitness offers a better workout than traditional yoga and also helps refine your technique.
Reserve your board today! Beginning June 2016, SUP Yoga will occur Saturday at 10:30 a.m. (seasonally), and classes are capped at six people. A life vest, paddles and board are provided, and participants should be comfortable in the water.
Morning Yoga on the Estate Lawn
Namaste! Our luscious, manicured grounds provide the perfect location for morning yoga. The outdoor setting and warm temperatures will also allow for a deeper stretch and help improve your practice.
This traditional yoga class is also led by Kim Mortimer and occurs weekly at 8 a.m. Thursday.
Pilates Fitness by the Pool
Although similar to yoga, Pilates Fitness further emphasizes your body’s core and will improve your strength and flexibility. From the poolside deck, the soft sound of the sea is the perfect music for your practice that will allow you to relax while toning.
Our Pilates Fitness class is led by Marilyn Markus, and occurs each Tuesday at 8:00 a.m.
