The fall yoga retreat is approaching, and we are getting excited for the activities taking place on our white sand beach. JUNA Yoga founder Nadia Bonenfant will guide participants through three days of intensive yoga from November 10 to 14, 2013.

- 1:30pm: Relaxation presentation on various yoga traditions and their benefits
- 4:00pm: Restorative yoga and its benefits
- 9:00pm: Optional under the stars meditation before bed

- 7:00am: Morning Flow and Pranayama

- 11:15am: Workshop 2 on alignment for poses
- 1:30pm: Relaxation or aqua yoga in the ocean
