There’s much to treasure on a family vacation, but what you’ll treasure most are the times together. We had several families stay with us during the Easter holiday, and The Somerset was abuzz with spring spirit! In addition to the excitement from our water sports and daily happenings, we were thrilled to offer special Easter activities. View some highlights from our family fun below!
The Great “Sea”ster Hunt
We put our tropical twist on a classic egg hunt for the fifth year in a row! Throughout the week, egg-shaped rocks were painted by the talented children of our Caicos’ Kid Club.
Caicos Kids Club
On Good Friday, families gathered on the beach for the Great “Sea”ster Hunt. The rocks were scattered throughout the turquoise waters, and families snorkeled to see who could collect the most!
5th Annual Great Sester Egg Hunt
And the winner is…the Fallon family from Rumson, NJ! The Fallon’s name will be engraved on this conch shell trophy, which is permanently displayed in our reception area. Congratulations!

Conch Shell Farm
Some families ventured away from The Somerset and visited the world’s only conch farm, located here on Provo. At Caicos Conch Farm, our guests learned about the conch life cycle and hatchery technology. The kids particularly enjoyed interacting with these fascinating creatures!

Mermaid Bella
Turks & Caicos’ famed Mermaid Bella made a splash at The Somerset. On Easter, she joined our guests in the pool for a fun afternoon ‘under the sea.’

Thank you to everyone who participated in our holiday activities!

We hope you had an “egg”cellent Easter filled with family fun and many treasured times!
