Celebrate The British Open Like the Pros

As some of the world’s best golfers tee up in Gullane, Scotland for the 2013 British Open Championship, The Somerset on Grace Bay invites you to cheer them on, live, and in regal style.

On Sunday, July 21, we are hosting a British Open Brunch followed by a Golf Challenge at the Providenciales Golf Club, less than 5 minutes away from The Somerset.

Join us at O’Soleil Restaurant and Pearl Bar to watch the final round, which broadcasts live in Turks and Caicos from 6 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Cheer on your favorite golfer as you enjoy our standard breakfast offered 7 a.m. – 10 a.m., but save room for our special brunch!

Hole-in-One Buffet

To fuel up for the day’s activities while you watch The Open, take advantage of our special Hole-in-One Buffet with Bangers and Mash, scrambled eggs, croissants, scones and pastries, tropical fruit, waffles, pancakes, and more.

Drink specials will also be available and incorporated with The Open festivities for a bit of friendly competition. For every two Birdies, receive a free Somerset Special Cocktail shot.

Afternoon golf outing in Provo

The celebration continues as guests will head over to the challenging Providenciales Golf Club for an exciting afternoon of golf. The 18-hole championship course is consistently voted within the top 10 courses in the Caribbean. Whether you are a golf fanatic or find inspiration during the broadcast of The Open, celebrate the sport with green fees offered at a discounted summer rate of $110. Tee times begin at 2:30 p.m.

Guests will return to the beautiful grounds of The Somerset to toast to the day’s play — your own and the pros — in our Clubhouse Grill. The Somerset will reward the male and female golfers with the lowest net score two free tickets to the Tuesday Night Beach BBQ at The Somerset (a $100 value).
