Luxury Turks & Caicos Yoga Retreat
Relax, Restore & Revitalize May 5-9, 2014
Turks & Caicos Yoga Retreat
Experience the breathtaking beauty and healing energy of the ocean while exploring your own edges through the power of yoga. Whether you are new to yoga or a long-time practitioner, licensed instructor Christina Wypijewska will gently guide you to deepen and balance your practice through four days of yoga bliss.
Together we will immerse ourselves in the warmth of the sun and the transformational powers of fluid movement, meditation, pranayama, and sound healing. Each day will be themed around offerings in yoga philosophy and will include sunrise meditation on the beach, an energizing morning flow yoga practice, and a more gentle sunset yoga practice. Special sessions will explore energy body awareness and ayurvedic healing practices. Watch a video of our November 2013 yoga retreat.
