New Wellness Classes at The Somerset on Grace Bay

Set on the pristine shores of one of the top beaches in the world, it’s no secret that The Somerset on Grace Bay is a haven of luxury and serenity. With our lush and colorful landscaping, pristine pools, and a quiet stretch of beach, our resort offers the perfect backdrop for a wellness retreat. So it only made sense to add yoga and fitness classes to our offerings. We're thrilled to introduce two new wellness classes at The Somerset: Yoga with Lizzie Foster, and Cardio Sculpt with Scott Bevins on the lawn—with calming views of those mesmerizing blue Grace Bay waters, of course.

Yoga with Lizzie Foster

Lizzie Foster is a yoga instructor, meditation teacher and transformational life coach who teaches a variety of movement modalities, including traditional vinyasa yoga, mobility work, power yoga, pilates fusion, and yin yoga. She encourages her students to get curious about the power of the mind-body connection, with her classes ranging from fun and energizing to relaxing and restorative.

Cardio Sculpt with Scott Bevins

Scott Bevins is a physical and lifestyle coach of 24 years who has taught in the U.S. and Turks and Caicos. He believes in helping his clients achieve proper technique rather than just pushing hard. Scott customizes his classes to your needs, whether you're a beginner or advanced athlete, to help you on your journey to fitness and wellness.
