The Turks and Caicos Hotel & Tourism Association recently held an outdoor tapas and cocktails fundraiser in support of the Association’s Culinary Camp, which prepares Turks and Caicos youth for a career in hospitality.
More than 150 participants were sunset serenaded by local musicians as they savored food prepared by several of the country’s best restaurants.
