Sunset Yoga on Grace Bay Beach

We are excited to share that The Somerset on Grace Bay now offers weekly Sunset Yoga on our white sand beach. Breathtaking sunset views and refreshing sea breezes will complement your 45-minute session led by experienced yoga instructor, Kim Mortimer. Combat those tempting and tasty holiday treats and breathe in the benefits of beach yoga. Here is the upcoming schedule for guests joining us to ring in the New Year. Thursday, December 26 at 4:00 p.m. Thursday, January 2 at 4:00 p.m. After the holidays, our Grace Bay yoga sessions are scheduled to resume on Wednesdays at 4:00 p.m. Kim Mortimer, Yoga Instructor “Move the body; still the mind” is the essence to Kim’s philosophy as to why we undertake physical activity of any kind.
