Barbetta House

Savor a crafted cuisine of Spanish Caribbean fusion that blends flavors from the Southern Mediterranean with local island flare. You'll find traditional seafood or meat Paella perfect for sharing (Paella Barbetta is a signature dish) and a "choose your thickness" Bistec Ribeye, grilled to your liking and served with a complement of four dipping sauces to finish off your experience.

If you are looking for that perfectly tender meat falling-off-the-bone savory, we recommend the slow cooked Pork Shoulder Barbacoa, complimented by Mojo and grilled vegetables. For those who prefer fare from the sea, locally caught Red Snapper Carpaccio served with Radish Salad, Avocado and Citrus Jus or Peppered Yellowfish Tuna, alongside Bonito Mash and Wasabi Cream which are exquisite to the palate.  

Barbetta House offers Daily Chef Specials including vegan, vegetarian and gluten-free options.  

We offer Patio Dining, Main Floor Dining, King or Queen’s Room Dining upstairs. All seating areas enjoy the same superior service and upscale, but relaxed atmosphere.

For the ultimate dining experience, book a private dinner right on Grace Bay Beach. After sunset, and surrounded by the soft glow of tiki torches, our Chef will prepare a custom menu for your unforgettable evening. Feast, toast, and reminisce with the sound of the breeze and surf in the background. Reservations are required.
