Good Friday 5K

On Good Friday, April 18, 2014, nine intrepid athletes gathered on The Somerset on Grace Bay’s beach, to participate in the resort’s 5K Easter run.

At the sound of the whistle, each runner trekked 2.5 Kilometers north toward the Leeward  tip of Providenciales, then turned around to cross the finish line back at the resort.

Commemorative trophies were distributed and a good time was had by all.

• First place overall goes to Jeff Cheong – 30 minutes, 10 seconds
• First place child goes to Mira Cheong – 48 minutes, 19 seconds
• First place child under 12 goes to Ellie Rogowski – 35 minutes, 36 seconds
