The entire team at The Somerset welcomes Executive Chef Brad Townsend to the Food and Beverage Department.
From the Pavilion Restaurant, in-suite dining and our Tuesday night Beach Party BBQ, Chef Brad will be quite busy creating Caribbean cuisine for our guests to enjoy. His favorite dishes to prepare include fresh fish, lobster and the traditional Turks & Caicos conch.
Chef Brad joins us from Canada, where he specialized in catering and events. He also owned and operated a small chain of restaurants with an Afrocentric and Caribbean influence. Chef says he is enjoying his new role in paradise, working alongside our diverse staff with unique culinary backgrounds. He appreciates The Somerset’s beautiful setting and takes advantage of the island’s scuba diving and boating in his free time.
