Recipe: The Somerset Sangria

Ingredients

  • 1 ounce of Appleton’s 7 Year Rum
  • 1/4 ounce St-Rémy
  • 4 ounces of red wine
  • 1 ounce pomegranate seeds
  • Splash of ginger beer

Directions

Mix together the Appleton’s rum, St-Rémy and red wine. Pour over ice and stir in ginger beer, for a fizzy taste. Add pomegranate seeds, and garnish with an orange slice!
